• The program includes a customized meal plan that adapts to your progress each week, workout plans built around your schedule, weekly check ins, and 24/7 access to Sam via WhatsApp

• We will use Everfit as our coaching app, the app allows you to see the plans I have set up for you directly in an interactive platform.

• Due to the customized nature of this program, it is nonrefundable.
